Cold-Smoked Headless Coho Salmon (2.7–2.9 kg) — a premium delicacy by TM Triton. Coho salmon is a Pacific salmon (Coho salmon) with a rich flavour, in the form of a whole smoked, headless fish.
Product Description
Coho salmon differs from Atlantic salmon with a richer, more «salmony» flavour and bright red flesh. Cold smoking gives it a dense texture and pronounced smoky aroma. The large 2.7–2.9 kg fish — for a celebration or catering.
How to Serve and Pair
- Thinly sliced on slices of dark bread with butter
- On canapés with dill, lemon and cream cheese
- In a salad with arugula, avocado and pine nuts
- On a fish platter, as a premium item
- With dry white wine or brut champagne
Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C. Vacuum-packed — up to 14 days, without vacuum — 5–7 days. Can be frozen vacuum-packed for up to 2–3 months without significant loss of flavour. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
