Our company was founded in 1995 and has since established itself as a reliable, stable and forward-looking company.

Today we are one of the largest manufacturers of ready-made fish products in the region. We produce over 300 food product items. The range of manufactured products includes cold- and hot-smoked fish, salted, dried, marinated fish, preserves, as well as a wide assortment of salads from sea kale and vegetables.

Our pricing policy allows us to flexibly take into account the needs of every consumer, even the most demanding. All products are certified, comply with all established standards, do not undergo any chemical processing, and only natural smoking with wood smoke is carried out. We provide stable deliveries with our own, specially equipped vehicles across the regions of Ukraine, and we pay great attention to product preservation in order to maintain all required temperatures and storage periods.

Our recipe for producing the best products is quite simple — we choose the freshest fish of the highest quality. We work with the best raw material suppliers. Every step in the production of finished goods requires a serious level of interaction between all links in this long chain, and we can be proud that all these links work like the mechanism of a Swiss watch — precisely, reliably, flawlessly.

 

 

«Triton» works with the largest suppliers of fish products in Ukraine. Frozen fish is supplied from Norway, Scotland, the USA, Spain, Chile, and Estonia. All necessary documents are provided for all fish products, both ready-made and frozen.

 

 

 

Before smoking, the fish must be cured for better preservation and to give it special flavor qualities. Salt allows the fish to retain its moisture and softness throughout the entire drying and smoking period. The curing time can range from 2 to 5 days depending on the size and fat content of the fish. Under-cured fish spoils quickly, over-cured fish loses its gastronomic properties — that is why we are proud of our proper curing!

 

 

For smoking fish, we use a mixture of sawdust of only the highest quality. Cold smoking is the process of drying and the smoking itself, during which the temperature does not exceed 20–25 degrees Celsius and the process itself takes from 12 to 18 hours. With hot smoking, the temperature is brought up to at least 70 degrees Celsius, and the smoking process takes at least 35 minutes.

 

 

Just as before smoking, before starting the drying process, the fish is necessarily cured. During the drying of fish, it is dehydrated at a temperature of about 22 degrees Celsius, but at the same time absolutely all the beneficial properties of the fish are preserved. The peculiarity of dried fish is that it can be eaten without culinary processing. Dried fish keeps well and for a long time.

 

 

We use only certified packaging that meets the requirements of the state sanitary and epidemiological examination of Ukraine. All reusable packaging is washed in specialized automatic washers, which eliminates any organic residues in it.

 

 

 

Delivery to the end consumer is carried out only by specialized transport equipped with refrigeration units. Highly qualified drivers will quickly and carefully deliver and unload the goods you have ordered. For greater convenience of the residents of our city, a network of five branded retail stores has been opened.
