Product Description
Salmon heads are a source of rich stock for fish soup. Cold smoking adds a smoky aroma that perfectly accents any fish soup. They can also be used as a snack.

Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C. Vacuum-packed — up to 14 days; non-vacuum — 5–7 days. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 2–3 months without significant loss of flavour. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
