Product Description
Escolar is often used as premium raw material for cold smoking thanks to its high fat content — in smoked form it becomes melt-in-the-mouth tender with a pronounced smoky aroma. One of the most delicate smoked fish products. Available by order.

Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C. Vacuum-packed — up to 14 days; non-vacuum — 5–7 days. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 2–3 months without significant loss of flavour. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
