Product Description

Red ocean perch is a sea fish with tender white flesh and a pronounced flavour. Its red colour makes the dish visually attractive. The 300–500 g size is for individual servings.

How to Cook

• Bake in foil with lemon and herbs — 25 min at 180 °C
• Pan-fry whole in flour
• Grill 6–8 min per side
• Steam with vegetables
• As a base for fish soup

Storage and Defrosting

Store in the freezer at -18 °C as specified on the packaging. Defrost slowly in the refrigerator over 8–12 hours — this preserves the flavour and structure of the flesh. Do not defrost in the microwave or in warm water. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours; do not refreeze. The exact shelf life is shown on the packaging.
