Product Description
Zope is a widespread fish in Ukrainian waters with a characteristic silvery-blue scale colour. White flesh of medium fat content. In dried form it gains a firm texture.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container or in the original packaging. Vacuum-packed — up to 60 days refrigerated. Non-vacuum — up to 30 days in a dry, dark place. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 3 months. The exact shelf life is shown on the packaging.
