Product Description
Mackerel itself has a rich flavour, and the spiced cure deepens it through the seasoning. The 400 g size is right for a family of 2–3.
How to Serve and Pair
- On a slice of dark rye bread with lemon and dill
- With boiled jacket potatoes
- On a fish platter alongside matjes herring
- Thinly sliced on canapés
- With light beer or dry white wine
Storage
