Product Description

Cold smoking gives herring a firm texture and a pronounced smoky flavour. Unlike the standard salted version, smoked herring has a «golden» hue and a more concentrated aroma.

How to Serve and Pair

• On a sandwich with dark rye bread and butter
• With boiled jacket potatoes and marinated onion
• On canapés with fresh bread and dill
• As the base of a holiday fish platter
• With light or dark beer, with vodka or kvass

Storage
