Product Description
Catfish is a large freshwater fish with rich, fatty white flesh. The boneless fillet is the most convenient format: all that's left is to slice. In cold smoking it gains a firm texture and a pronounced smoky aroma.

Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C. Vacuum-packed — up to 14 days; non-vacuum — 5–7 days. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 2–3 months without significant loss of flavour. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
