Product Description

Sprots are a traditional Soviet and post-Soviet appetiser. Hot smoking gives the fish a golden colour and a characteristic smoky aroma. Unlike the canned version, ours are stored refrigerated and have a fresher taste.

How to Serve and Pair

• On a sandwich with dark rye bread and fresh cucumber
• On canapés with tomato and garlic
• With boiled potatoes
• With light beer
• As an ingredient in salads and sandwiches

Storage

Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C as specified on the packaging. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
