Product Description
Pike is a traditional Ukrainian predatory freshwater fish with white flesh. In cold smoking it reveals a distinctive dry smoky flavour. The butterfly format gives maximum contact with the smoke.

Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C. Vacuum-packed — up to 14 days; non-vacuum — 5–7 days. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 2–3 months without significant loss of flavour. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
