Product Description
Cold smoking gives the Baltic herring a dense texture, a golden hue and a pronounced smoky aroma. Compared with the salted version, the smoked variant has a more concentrated flavour.

Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C as specified on the packaging. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
