Product Description
The strip cut is sized specifically for canapés and buffet plating. Easy to pick up one at a time and lay on a slice of bread or cucumber. Salted salmon in this format is a premium holiday delicacy.
How to Serve and Pair
- Thinly sliced on fresh bread with butter
- On canapés with dill and lemon
- In a salad with arugula, avocado and pine nuts

- With dry white wine or brut champagne
Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C as specified on the packaging. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
