Product Description
Anchovy is a small sea fish of the anchovy family with a pronounced salty flavour. The cleaned form (no backbone) is the premium format: no need to separate bones. A ready product in compact format.
How to Serve and Pair
- On a slice of dark rye bread with boiled egg
- With boiled jacket potatoes
- With light beer
- On a fish platter, as an economical position
- As a base for breakfast sandwiches
Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C as specified on the packaging. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
