Product Description
The trio of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel offers a varied flavour: herring is rich, mackerel is fattier and more delicate, horse mackerel is firmer. The soft pack saves space in the fridge.
How to Serve and Pair
- On a sandwich with dark rye bread and butter
- With boiled jacket potatoes and marinated onion
- On canapés with fresh bread and dill
- As the base of a holiday fish platter
- With light or dark beer, with vodka or kvass
Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C as specified on the packaging. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
