Product Description
Roach is a widespread fish of the carp family in Ukrainian waters. In dried form it has a dense texture, a rich flavour and a fine bone structure. The 50–290 g size grade is broad — covering both small and medium fish.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container or in the original packaging. Vacuum-packed — up to 60 days refrigerated. Non-vacuum — up to 30 days in a dry, dark place. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 3 months. The exact shelf life is shown on the packaging.
