How to Cook
- Pan-fry in flour to a golden crust — 4–5 min per side
- Bake in the oven on parchment — 15 min at 180 °C
- Grill — 4–5 min per side
- Cook in batter
- Marinate and bake
Storage and Defrosting
Store in the freezer at -18 °C as specified on the packaging. Defrost slowly in the refrigerator over 8–12 hours — this preserves the flavour and structure of the flesh. Do not defrost in the microwave or in warm water. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours; do not refreeze. The exact shelf life is shown on the packaging.
