Tench («lyst») is a regional Ukrainian name for a freshwater fish (often referring to roach or small bream). In cold smoking it develops a characteristic smoky aroma and a firm texture. A traditional beer pairing.

Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C. Vacuum-packed — up to 14 days; non-vacuum — 5–7 days. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 2–3 months without significant loss of flavour. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
