Product Description
Bream is a widespread freshwater fish in Ukrainian waters, with medium-fat white flesh. In dried form it has a rich fishy flavour, a dense texture and a characteristic amber hue. The large 4 kg pack is for a family or for catering.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container or in the original packaging. Vacuum-packed — up to 60 days refrigerated. Non-vacuum — up to 30 days in a dry, dark place. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 3 months. The exact shelf life is shown on the packaging.
