Bream tails are a lower-priced position than the main fillet. In marinade they take on rich flavour and are ready to serve. 500 g — a comfortable medium size.

How to Serve and Pair

• With boiled potatoes

• As a base for cold appetisers
• On a sandwich with dark rye bread

Storage

Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C as specified on the packaging. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
