Product Description

How to Cook

• Defrost in the refrigerator, serve with lemon and sauce — ready to eat
• In a salad with arugula and avocado
• As an ingredient in pasta or risotto
• On canapés with cream cheese
• Finish for 2–3 minutes in salted water with lemon

Storage and Defrosting

Store in the freezer at -18 °C as specified on the packaging. Defrost slowly in the refrigerator over 8–12 hours — this preserves the flavour and structure of the flesh. Do not defrost in the microwave or in warm water. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours; do not refreeze. The exact shelf life is shown on the packaging.
