Product Description
The 20–30 pcs/kg size is the catalogue's largest, truly giant shrimp. Raw — for cooking yourself on the grill, in pasta or risotto. The glaze is only 5% — minimal, with net weight close to declared.
How to Cook
- Pan-fry with garlic — 3–4 minutes
- Grill or skewer — 2–3 min per side
- As an ingredient in pasta, risotto, paella
- In a tomato-and-garlic sauce (Shrimp Scampi)
- Tempura — dip in batter and deep-fry
Storage and Defrosting
Store in the freezer at -18 °C as specified on the packaging. Defrost slowly in the refrigerator over 8–12 hours — this preserves the flavour and structure of the flesh. Do not defrost in the microwave or in warm water. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours; do not refreeze. The exact shelf life is shown on the packaging.
