Smelt is a small cold-water fish with tender flesh. In cold smoking the cucumber aroma combines with the smoky one — yielding a unique product. A convenient 1.5 kg pack.

Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C. Vacuum-packed — up to 14 days; non-vacuum — 5–7 days. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 2–3 months without significant loss of flavour. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
