Product Description
Sprat is a small fish that is traditionally cured whole. The spiced cure with aromatic seasonings makes the flavour rich. 300 g — enough for a family of 2–3.
How to Serve and Pair
- On a slice of dark rye bread with boiled egg

- On a fish platter, as an economical position
- As a base for breakfast sandwiches
