Product Description
Carp and ide are closely related freshwater fish of the carp family. Smoked, both give a rich flavour with tender flesh. Gutted means the innards have been removed before smoking.

Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C. Vacuum-packed — up to 14 days, without vacuum — 5–7 days. Can be frozen vacuum-packed for up to 2–3 months without significant loss of flavour. The exact shelf life is shown on the label.
