Product Description
Silver carp is a fish widespread in Ukrainian waterways, with lean white flesh. Silver carp mince is an economical option for fish cutlets, meatballs and fillings. Less fatty than salmon mince, but versatile in use.

Storage and Defrosting
Store in the freezer at -18 °C as specified on the packaging. Defrost slowly in the refrigerator over 8–12 hours — this preserves the flavour and structure of the flesh. Do not defrost in the microwave or in warm water. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours; do not refreeze. The exact shelf life is shown on the packaging.
