Storage
Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6 °C. Hot-smoked fish without vacuum — 5–7 days; vacuum-packed — up to 14 days. Can be vacuum-packed and frozen for up to 2 months without significant loss of flavour. The exact shelf life is shown on the packaging.
