HERRING FILLET ROLL IN OIL

Herring fillet roll in oil is the most valuable and delicious part of herring, without a ridge and bones, rolled up in oil. Fillet is an excellent source of protein; it also contains a large amount of phosphorus, iodine, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, zinc, fluorine. Only 100 gr of fish contain up to half the daily protein intake. Fatty fish, such as salmon or herring, gives the body at least 2 times more calories than white fish. Ready-to-eat mature herring contains up to 25% of fat, about 20% of protein, vitamins B12, PP, A, and D. Herring proteins contain essential aminoacids. The study showed that herring increases the content in the body of the so-called “good cholesterol” - high-density lipoproteins, which, unlike “bad cholesterol”, significantly reduce the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease.
