Today, we are one of the largest manufacturers of “finished” fish products in the region. We produce more than 400 types of food products. Our list of products includes cold and hot-smoked fish, salted, dried, pickled fish, preserves, as well as a large assortment of seaweed and vegetable salads.

Our recipe for producing the best products is quite simple - we choose the freshest fish of the best quality. We work with the best suppliers of raw materials. Each step in the production of finished products requires a serious level of interaction of all links in this long chain, and we can be proud that all these links work like a Swiss watch mechanism - precisely, reliably, without fail.
Tryton cooperates with the largest suppliers of fish products in Ukraine. Fresh-frozen fish comes from Norway, Scotland, the USA, Spain, Chile, Estonia, Vietnam, and China. For all fish products, both finished and fresh-frozen, all the necessary documents are available.
Before smoking, the fish should be salted for better preservation and special taste. Salt allows keeping moisture and softness of fish throughout the entire period of drying and smoking. Salting time can vary from 2 to 5 days, depending on the fish size and fat content. The fish salted insufficiently spoils quickly, oversalted fish loses its gastronomic properties - that is why we are proud of our right salting method!
To smoke fish, we use a mixture of wood chips of the highest quality. Cold smoking is a process of drying and smoking, where the temperature does not exceed 20-25oC and the process takes from 12 to 18 hours. In hot smoking, the temperature is at least 70oC and the smoking process takes 35 minutes.
Similar to the smoking process, the fish must be salted in order to proceed to drying. When the fish is dried, it is dehydrated at a temperature of about 22oC. At the same time, all the beneficial properties of the fish are preserved. The peculiarity of dried fish is that it does not need cooking. Sun-dried fish is well-preserved for a long time.
We use only certified containers that meet the requirements of the state sanitary-epidemiological agency of Ukraine. All reusable containers are washed in specialized automatic sinks to eliminate any residues of organic origin.
The products are delivered to the end consumers by specialized vehicles equipped with refrigerators. We will quickly and carefully deliver and unload the goods you ordered. For the convenience of the residents of our town, we have opened a network of five retail brand stores.
